Who handles your data

Creativo Studios HB, SLU, Carrer Camp Bastida, núm 2, escala 1, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Principat d'Andorra. Contact: creativostudioshb@gmail.com

What data we use and why

This website has no forms and no customer area, so it does not collect your name or email directly. When you pay, you enter your name and email address in the Impultienda checkout. We use them only to process your order, send you the files and help you if you get in touch. Your card details are handled by the payment provider; we never have access to them.

This website and the checkout page use the Meta pixel, which automatically records that you visited the page, clicked the buy button and completed your purchase, so that we can measure our advertising and show ads. It is the only tracking tool on the page.

Legal basis

Processing for advertising purposes is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the ad settings of your Meta account or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and equivalent laws, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to its use, by emailing creativostudioshb@gmail.com. If you are in the UK and unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Cookies

The website does not set its own cookies. The Meta pixel may set third-party cookies for measurement and advertising. You can block them in your browser settings and the page will still work.
